Change of the venue for 39th Annual General Meeting

This is for information for all shareholders and other concerned authorities (SEC, DSE & CSE) that due to unavoidable reasons the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company will now be held at Officers Club, 26 Baily Road, Dhaka instead of Bangabanghu International Convention Center as earlier announced. 

The date, time, agenda and other requirements will remain unchanged.
