Branding ACI Among Potential Talents

The Job Fair at American International University, Bangladesh was held on 19 November 2011. It was a great opportunity for the ACI HR to participate and promote ACI as potential employer in this competitive and aggressive job market. As it is quite crucial to hire the right person for the right job, the event served as an attractive platform for hiring talents. There was a remarkable response from current job seekers where around 500 CVs of AIUB students were dropped in one day only. Interested candidates swarmed around the stall asking for information about job opportunities at ACI. It is important to mark our ground as the most sought out employers among the growing and young talent market to ensure quality human resource and sustain the company's fast growth.
