Agreement between ACI Consumer Brands & Smiling Sun Franchise Program (SSFP)

ACI Consumer Brands signed an agreement with SSFP (Smiling Sun Franchise Program) on 8 June 2011 for smooth delivery of ACI's consumer products at Surjer Hashi Clinics to ensure communities are well served in a consistent and sustainable manner. Mr. Ashraf Bin Taj, Business Director, ACI Consumer Brands and Mr. Juan Carlos Negrette, COP (Chief Of Party) of SSFP, signed the agreement on their respective behalf. This agreement will give ACI an opportunity to distribute the mentioned products through 9,000 CSP (Clinical Service Provider) attached with 323 clinic operated by 27 NGOs in 64 districts of Bangladesh. SSFP shall give access to ACI through Smiling Sun Channels to communicate the Health and Hygiene awareness campaigns from time to time through the CSPs.

The product range includes Savlon liquid antiseptics, bar soap, sanitary napkins, creams etc. ACI will ensure the product availability from its distributors' point.
