Biman, ACI offer ‘Hajj Care Pack’
As part of a bilateral cooperation between Biman Bangladesh Airlines and ACI Limited, ACI on Wednesday provided special ‘Hajj Care Pack’ for passengers performing Hajj this year, said a press release.
On the day, these care packs were handed over through an event at Biman’s head office Balaka in the capital.
Biman managing director and chief executive officer Kaizer Sohel Ahmed was present as chief guest.
Deputy managing director Syed Moin Uddin Ahmed was present as a special guest.
On behalf of ACI, the ‘Hajj Care Pack’ was handed over by ACI Consumer Brands Division president Mohammad Rezaul Islam and executive director and chief operating officer Md Kamrul Hasan.
In his speech, Kaizer Sohel Ahmed said, ‘Ensuring the highest level of service for Hajj pilgrims is one of Biman’s top priorities. This initiative by ACI will be especially helpful for pilgrims during their journey. This is just a beginning; in the future, the standard and scope of our services will be further enhanced.’
Among others, Biman marketing and sales director Ashraful Alam, administration and human resources (additional charge) director Mohammad Mizanur Rashid, chief of planning and scheduling Captain Rezwan Islam, and chief of flight safety Captain Abu Naser Ahmed Imran, ACI marketing manager Md Asadul Islam Shuvo, senior brand manager AKM Mahmudur Rahman and assistant manager of media department Mahdi Hasan Khan Chishti were present.
