Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI PLC) signs MOU with ICHINEN HOLDINGS to establish Joint Venture Company in Bangladesh

ACI PLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ICHINEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Osaka, Japan) to establish a joint venture company in Bangladesh.
The MOU was signed at ICHINEN HOLDINGS’ headquarters in Osaka, Japan, by Dr. Arif Dowla, Managing Director of ACI PLC, and Mr. Masashi Kuroda, President and CEO of ICHINEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD.
The joint venture will combine ACI PLC’s local business strength with ICHINEN’s global expertise across three key areas: Human Resource Development and Dispatch, Motorcycle Retail Financing, and Agriculture. Final details will be announced in due course.
