Fertilizer Congress 2018-19

ACI Fertilizer’s annual meet up of the Field Force was held on 5 August 2019 in ACI Centre, Dhaka. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. F H Ansarey, MD & CEO of ACI Agribusiness. Business Director, Portfolio Managers, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Headquarter personnel, Sales team along with colleagues from other departments participated in the conference.

Dr. F H Ansarey, MD and CEO of ACI Agribusiness expressed his best wishes to the team. The Motivation session from Director, HR inspired the participants. Business Director of ACI Fertilizer provided various key indications and guidelines. Portfolio Managers and Sales Manager also expressed their opinions on sales and products. Various video documentaries were projected to provide detailed insight of business activities obtained from marketing officer and product feedback of customers. Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers and Territory Officers were awarded for their outstanding performance in terms of highest sales, product knowledge-product mix and quality business practice. Area Managers and Marketing Officers were also rewarded with a foreign trip to Thailand based on the yearly champion program. The yearly champion program targeted sales in both regular and bulk businesses. The conference ended with a dinner party followed by a cultural program. Various artists performed in the program where the sales team participated spontaneously. The Fertilizer Congress ended with great success and it escalated a positive attitude among the sales team.
