Savlon Wins Digital Marketing Award 2019

Savlon Micro Moment Marketing- digital campaign has won the Digital Marketing Award 2019 under Best Use of Youtube category in 6th Digital Summit.

A study shows very few women in Bangladesh wash their hands with soap before cooking. Savlon wanted to address this issue during Ramadan since Ramadan inspires cleanliness & hygiene. Google analytics shows video consumption in Youtube goes up at a staggering rate during this occasion. Searches related to cooking spike up to 65% compared to the rest of the year & “Cooking” becomes the second highest search query category. Capitalizing these data, Savlon strategically put a 6 seconds bumper ad on Youtube targeting most searched cooking & recipe related keywords & local channels. The campaign successfully reached more than 500,000 females with more than 1 Million impressions. The media partner of this campaign was MBA Bangladesh.
